OBJECTIVE:
Rotate the cells within the amount of moves allowed so that they match the image on the right.
HOW TO ROTATE:
Use Mouse to click a center cell and rotate surrounding cells.
In order for cells to rotate, the clicked cell must have six surrounding cells.
